  • Abstract
    The abundant industrial boilers in China with an annual coal consumption of 350Mt / a, caused a mass of emissions of NO every year. In this paper, the FLUENT software applied in a 35T/h Coal-fired chain boiler to simulate the data of temperature field, flue gas ingredient and the characteristic of NO emission at the condition of with and without recycled gas, different wind proportion as well as the distinctive injection angle of the secondary wind. Through comparing and analyzing, the boiler operating parameters will be detected under a certain burn rate that makes the lowest NO emissions, which provides a reference for the boiler flue gas recirculation technology.
