Abstract :
Prototype antennas suitable for laptop wireless applications have been utilized to develop a relationship between commonly used correlation factor parameters (by the communication engineers), and the well-known S-parameters (used by microwave and antenna engineers). Based on these relations, an adequate spacing and orientation of these developed antennas were derived to assure proper use of multiple antennas for laptop MIMO applications.
