Abstract :
Integration of global economy has great impact on traditional organizational activities, and requires more flexible and dynamic structure to meet the challenge of competition. With the development of hi-tech, the operation of virtual team becomes an important instrument to fit rapid change and complexity of business environment. Through survey, the article analysis the key factors and suggests that the complex of operation base for virtual team is due to the goals of the team, relationship of agents etc.
