Abstract :
Particle analysis technology can be used in extracting the defective regions of the bottle mouth, and calculate their areas based on LabVIEW. Also, pattern recognition can be used to check the bottle. The system can achieve online continuous detection using DLL library to extract the bottle mouth. As well as, it can check the bottle by a preset threshold. The results show this system has high precision and short cycle and it can meet the high speed requirements of the real-time detection.
