Abstract :
We have succeeded in observing THz electron spin resonance (ESR) of Co Tutton salt at 315 GHz using the micro cantilever. The achieved sensitivity is about 109 spins/G at 4.5 K. As far as we know, this is the highest frequency achieved for the highly sensitive cantilever THz ESR. The result opens an application of THz ESR to the nano-science.
