Abstract :
With the rapid development of e-business, more and more attention is paid on reverse logistics which is brought on by products returns. The main topic of this article is, when repairing and remanufacturing returns goods, how to choose the reverse logistics service pattern. We propose three kinds of closed-loop supply chain models and analyze the profit of B2C firm among these models. We find that the choice of reverse logistics service pattern is determined by the technology of product.
