Analysis of Business Process Reengineering based on value chain

With the development of wireless communication and internet technology, more and more companys take serious consideration on BPR (Business Process Reengineering). In elaborating domestic and foreign researches on BPR and value chain, the paper points out the research of BPR using value chain is orientation in the future. BPR is facing significant opportunity, but the successful probability of BPR is actually small. At last, an example is also included to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
