Abstract :
The problem of H∞ filtering for two-dimensional (2-D) Roesser Model(RM) with sector nonlinearity is investgated in this paper. Attention is focused on the design of an H∞ filter ensuring both the stability and a prescribed H∞ performance level of the filtering error system. A Lyapunov function approach is adopted and sufficient conditions for the solvability of the problem are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). A numerical example is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the results.
