Abstract :
This paper studies stability issues of two-dimensional LTI switched systems composed of potentially unstable subsystems with multiple equilibria. For the case that each subsystem has a unique equilibrium point and these equilibria are different from each other, based on the determined region contained all equilibria and the region stability concept introduced in this paper, several simple sufficient conditions of globally asymptotical region stability are proposed for such switched systems via the mathematical analysis method. An illustrative example and its simulations demonstrates the effectiveness of the new stability results obtained in this paper.
