Abstract :
In this paper, we investigate a flexible PSO implementation using the familiar MATLAB and Ansoft HFSS for dual-band antenna design with an emphasis on the MICS and ISM bands. Several antennas including the E-shaped patch are included. This work forms the basis for future research regarding antenna miniaturization for implantable devices.
