Abstract :
Making use of the bipolar coordinate system, analytical theory of the dual-wire waveguide is worked out for the TEM mode operation in THz frequency regime. The distinctive expressions for the equivalent distributed parameters are obtained and the results given in the paper are of significance in physics and optics.
