Abstract
The 3D reconstruction consists to generate a 3D model from information inspired from a real scene. It is a very interesting alternative with regard to traditional 3D modeling methods because it aims to improve the 3D environment modeling, in terms of accuracy and realism, as well as the design speed. In this paper, we propose an approach to speed up the 3D reconstruction from images, by restricting the matching area of stereoscopic algorithms.
