Abstract :
A system for unobtrusive night-time EKG, heart rate and heart rate variability monitoring is presented. The system uses textile electrodes attached to a bed sheet for measuring contact EKG from multiple channels. An average of 95.08% heartbeat detection accuracy was achieved with the system during 22 measurement nights with two test subjects.
