Abstract :
This paper is concerned with the problem of output feedback controller design for interval type-2 (IT2) fuzzy systems with mismatch membership functions. The IT2 fuzzy system and the IT2 output feedback controller do not share the same membership function. Firstly, the IT2 Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model and the controller are constructed by considering the mismatch membership functions. Secondly, based on Lyapunov stability theory, the IT2 output feedback controller is designed to guarantee the closed-loop system is asymptotically stable with H∞ performance. The existence conditions of the controller are obtained in terms of the convex optimization problems, which can be solved by standard software. Finally, simulation result is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
