Abstract
The social evaluation of construction projects is a complex system consisted of multiple subsystems. Evaluation indicators are made up of quantitative and qualitative indicators. In allusion to the characteristics in the social evaluation on hydraulic engineering construction projects, using the multi-level fuzzy decision-making model, the binary comparison method is specially established to determine indicators weight. Finally, this method is used to the social evaluation on Shule River comprehensive development projects, the practicability and reliability of which are reflected well.
