Abstract :
Conventional PID controller could not adjust its parameters online, a fuzzy PID control algorithm was introduced. It can automatically change PID controller´s parameters according to object´s characteristic and it integrates the advantages of fuzzy control with PID control, so it can improve the control speed and accuracy greatly. We applied this control algorithm in pulp concentration control system successfully. The results shows that fuzzy PID controller has good dynamic quality, fast response, no overshoot, no steady state deviation, and has practical significance.
