Abstract :
The material thickness control of chain Grate to ensure the production of pellets is essential. For detection lag exists in the traditional process, we use a method based on a weighted average filter, designed a grate automatic gauge control system. The actual application shows that this method can effectively overcome the material thickness fluctuations original system problem exists, and achieved good control effect.
