Abstract :
The organization form of logistics value network is an inevitable trend of the logistics industry development in global network era. The logistics services based on logistics value network are bound to adopt modularity operation. The modularity process of logistics systems design reflects that the effective operation of the logistics standardization systems is one of the key elements in the development of logistics industry. There are potential risks existing in the modularity value of the designer. Therefore, the governments should bear investment risks to develop logistics standards and establish government-led logistics standardization systems so that make logistics standards grow from imperfection to perfection and ultimately achieve “Plug and Play” in the design of logistics systems, which is the basic idea of logistics standardization.
