Abstract :
The performance assessment of logistics service organization has been a problem for the difficulties to find the proper method compare to a general business company in terms of outcome index. The adoption of modeling method based on Agent can combine micro behavior of complex system with macro ¿come forth¿ phenomenon organically. It is an effective comprehensive modeling method with up down analysis and bottom up integration. The modeling method based on principle that provides complex model with adaptation system, establishes genetic algorithm, and offers credible assessment models for the studies of logistics service organizations.
