Abstract :
In order to ensure the safety and stabilization of high-speed railway, it is very important to implement on-line monitoring system on traction transformer. The data acquisition, the main control circuit, the program of single chip Micyoco (SCM) and communication protocol, which are the components of the on-line monitoring system of traction transformer insulation, are roundly presented in this paper. This system is well designed and it can be embedded in the detection system of hydrogen, mixed gas and moisture. The simulation experiment indicates that compared with the data which acquired through AD900 gas phase chromatography system, the relative error of the data which detected by this on-line monitoring system is merely 5 percent.
