Abstract :
An intelligent three-Phase voltage unbalance measuring instrument is presented in this paper. This instrument is designed on the ATT7022C. To improve its performance, the two degree Newton interpolation algorithm is applied. The three-Phase voltage unbalance is calculated based on the definition of the voltage unbalance factor (VUF) defined by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). The results of the experiments show that this instrument is effective, feasible and precise.
