Abstract
Techniques for creating a `fun´ work environment are explored with the aim of providing an engineering staff that will outproduce any other group. Methods are briefly highlighted to reduce paperwork, provide better ways of `wandering around´ (such as the no-door policy), improve the role of managers or supervisors, and generate employee loyalty, along with other related subjects that can provide a fun work environment that allows for increased production and reduced employee relation problems
