  • Abstract
    To quantify the bottleneck and the spatial buffer and temporal buffer, a Multi-Nominal Logistic model and a power-law model are constructed respectively after identifying the bottlenecks in the project. It is conclude that the parameters ßi in the Multi-Nominal Logistic effect the investment sizes on bottlenecks and spatial buffer, the parameter m in the scale-free model decide the sizes of temporal buffer, which makes the project synchronize in world-scale.
