  • Abstract
    Dynamic changing competing circumstances require Harbin enterprises pay close attention to acquiring the external knowledge. One of the effective approaches to gain the knowledge is to construct knowledge association with the universities and research institutes. Effective knowledge transfer is the base realizing Harbin enterprises to promote core competence. Based on the study on knowledge transfer processes of Harbin enterprises, this thesis analyzes the influencing factors of knowledge transfer and the model of influencing factors was constructed. Relatively suggestions on knowledge sources, context, knowledge properties were put forward.
