Abstract
This paper is mainly dealt with the control problem of random delay. Firstly, the model of NCS is established, and then the asymptotically stable condition with the Lyapunov stability theory is derived. In addition, the Smith prediction compensation strategy is improved, and the new Smith prediction compensation strategy is proposed based on the normalized weighted average method. Then reliability of the scheme is proven in the simulation part with the aid of Matlab. This scheme is simple, practical and easy to realize. The delay systems have compensation effects for both the short time delay and the long time delay.
