Abstract
The dynamics of a quantum particle performing Brownian motion at large (in comparison with diffusion) drift field is investigated. It is shown that time scaled dynamics with a spectral representation is governed by upper block triangular matrices with elements depending on the Hamiltonian at points of local minima of the drift field
