Abstract
The use of a particular support for spray-can graffitis, the roadsign, is studied here. In the early seventies as soon as spray-can graffitis spread througout Corsica, roadsigns became great targets for graffitists. Place names put into corsican language and nationalist slogans are the two main themes raised down in the mentioned corpus. During the last decade, contemporaries have pointed out the consequences of this "roadsigns war"whereas spray-can graffitis need to be understood as conected with a new public signposting, that of patrimony sights exploited by the protagonists of economy and tourist activities.
