Abstract
The evaluation of patients´ dialysis adequacy is important not only for patients´ treatment but also for clinic study. Actually, dialysis adequacy evaluation at present largely depends on doctors´ clinic experiences and experiments. Aiming at this situation, an evaluation system for dialysis adequacy is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the indexes system that affect dialysis adequacy is presented and divided to two levels. Then, on the basis of fuzzy AHP and group decision making, expert weights and attribute weights of this model are achieved, and a multi-index evaluation system is established in this paper. The effectiveness and practicability of the proposed model are illustrated using an application example.
