  • Abstract
    Waterlogging in urban cities is becoming a disaster in recent years. The urban crisis management wargaming system is an effective platform for the government to organize drills of emergency decision making for all kinds of urban crises. The waterlogging calculating method based on hexagon objects, and the roles of gaming in wargaming system are studied and implemented. First, the basic properties and operation method of hexagon object are introduced. Then, the rainfall model, the urban ground runoff yielding rules, and the urban ground flow concentration rules are analyzed one by one. Finally, we established the calculation model of waterlogging for wargaming system.
