Abstract :
The hydraulic turbo-generator is considered to be a non-minimum phase (NMP) system. In order to reduce the value of "undershoot" or "overshoot", and improve the performance of the system, the design of the intelligent hybrid control and its parameters tuning method are proposed. Simulation results show that this control method is simple, and the system with this control method has high accuracy at steady state. It also has better robustness and is fast than traditional PID control.
