Abstract :
A compact THz-TDS instrument has been developed with wide spectral wavenumber coverage applied for versatile measurements (transmission, reflection, liquid, gas, ATR, mapping, temperature and so on) for the far-infrared vibrational spectrometric analyses. We have calculated THz radiation source spectra for different pulse duration of femtosecond laser pulse. The spectra with femtosecond lasers have been similar to those calculated by the pulse duration.
