Abstract :
As to the deficiency of classic MDS-MAP algorithm from the perspective of positioning accuracy and matrix complexity, this paper proposes a distributed MDS for WSNs. This algorithm uses the method of distance quantification to obtain the close-neighbor vector (CNV), then calculates the distance matrix D, and gets the initial value of nodes locations through the distributed algorithm, finally, uses the refinement algorithm to improve the accuracy of nodes locations. All theoretical analysis and simulation results show that this advanced algorithm can realize the positioning of sensor nodes with good accuracy.
