Abstract
Some properties in the Roesser model of 2D singular systems with constrained controls are investigated. The definitions of constrained reachable and constrained controllable of the systems are presented. Sufficient and necessary conditions for constrained reachable and constrained controllable of 2D singular systems with constrained controls in a given rectangle are established. The relationship between constrained reachability and constrained controllability is analyzed. The minimum energy control problem is analyzed, and the feedback form of minimum energy control in the Roesser model of 2D singular systems with constrained controls is obtained.
