Abstract
Despite its advantages, the feedforward linearization technique significantly degrades the efficiency of a power amplifier. A method of designing feedforward amplifiers for optimal dc-RF conversion efficiency is described, which has the convenience of requiring knowledge of only the power statistics of the input signal.
