Abstract :
Fast response, highly sensitive, Terahertz (THz)-wave detection at room temperature has been developed with an organic nonlinear crystal of DAST. In this report, tunable THz-wave detection is demonstrated by monitoring up-converted near-infrared light with an optical spectrometer. We obtained spectral information of signals at 16 THz, 19 THz, and 26 THz.
