Gambling Analysis of Intellectual Property Rights Risk Management and Dynamic Alliance

The dynamic alliance has more and more become sharp weapon with which the enterprise utilizes to deal with the international knowledge competition; however, it similarly has enlarged enterprise´s intellectual property rights risk. Based on this characteristic, this paper uses bilateral dynamic gambling to carry on the strategic decision analysis through the analysis of dynamic alliance´s intellectual property rights risk category, through the enterprise intellectual property rights risk management and the dynamic alliance choice, and base on this point to construct our country dynamic alliance´s intellectual property rights risk management and guard system, then to advance the rational development of intellectual property rights´ dynamic alliance.
