Abstract :
According to the characteristics of central construction purchasing, this paper discusses the purchasing process, and gives the architecture of the EB platform. Secondly, the key technology applied in EB platform was introduced, and then an transaction subsystem was taken as an example to demonstrate the method of its designing and implementing.
