Abstract :
For LMDS systems, a single balanced mixer MMIC has been developed for use as an up-converter and image rejection down-converter, using a low cost HEMT technology. At 25.7 GHz LO-frequency, the up and down-conversion losses are 7 dB for an LO power of 5 dBm, with an LO-RF isolation of more than 30 dB.
