Abstract :
This paper adopts the method of theoretical analysis, introduces the problem of enterprises´ risks of credit sale in marketing activities first, and deems that invalid management mechanism of risks will produce risks of bad debts, which would slow down the turnover of capitals, block the normal circulation of cashes and restrain enterprises´ healthy and orderly development. Based on comprehensive and systematic analysis on the problems that exist in the management of enterprises´ risks of credit sale and the relevant reasons, this paper constructs three quantitative risk evaluation models for the problems produced in marketing activities and further proposes a new management mechanism of risks of credit sale in marketing activities. Therefore, this paper may serve as a valuable reference for study the risks of credit sale in marketing activities for enterprises.
