Abstract :
This paper proposes the importance of through effective management of salesmen who don´t belong to the manufacturers to realize the customer loyalty, with the purpose of creating the customer loyalty chain, focusing on the high salesmen quit rate of Chinese franchising automobile dealers. This paper sets up the Cross-enterprise Human Resource Motivation Management Model Based on Internet Platform from the manufacturers´ perspective, realizing the seamless Connection management, creating the customers loyalty value Chain and manufacturer´s market value.
