Abstract
A robotic automatic line used for assembling of ceiling fan motors has been successfully built in China. This paper describes the configuration of the line, technological arrangement, accuracy analysis, automatic part feeding and monitoring system. By using compliant wrists, automatic inspecting and monitoring techniques, the assembly line is provided with better reliability, safety and adaptability to variation of product sizes
