A study of using AHP OLAP service and blog to construct a quantitative and qualitative assessment environment

A well assessment environment should have both qualitative and quantitative assessment. AHP OLAP service is a digital learning assessment system. Teachers can obtain students´ quantitative results from AHP OLAP service. This research, however, considered that those results are still separately fragmental quantification summary results and it can´t entirely demonstrate the shaping of meta-cognition. This research, therefore, channeled blog as e-portfolio into AHP OLAP service to construct a both qualitative and quantitative digital assessment environment. And students´ portfolio will have an opportunity to edit new teaching materials though RSS network to make learning and teaching cycle.
