Abstract
In order for digital mammography to help find smaller breast tumors, it must simulate how a radiologist presently works. If digital mammography can find smaller tumors and help the diagnostic work-up in dense breasts then the new technique will be accepted. Telemammography may be the next tool in the fight against breast cancer and networking such tools as artificial intelligence may be helpful
