Abstract
We discuss the effects of Internet permeability on the regional economy growth by a mathematical model, and verify the result by empirical data from Mainland China. In this paper, reasons of the regional economic gap as well as the popularity of Internet in China are analyzed. Besides, we give some advice to help the government improve corresponding policies, which aim at reducing inter-regional economic disparities.
