The Research of Enterprise´s Business Model Based on Systemic View

On the basis of literature review, this paper indicates that business model is an organic entity composed of various resource elements. The structure and the value functions of business model are determined by the number of resource elements and their ordered sequence. The amount of values acquired is also affected by the management and control abilities of resources. Therefore the core firm should strengthen the access, control and integration of resources elements, ensure the business model to evolve at a the direction of higher market value.
