Abstract :
The necessity of a correction of the Chapman-Enskog method of construction of hydrodynamic equations in the case of kinetics of dilute electron gas in a solid has been shown. The strong spatially nonuniform states are investigated when collision integral of the considered kinetic equation must take into account an influence of nonhomogeneity of the system on collisions of particles. An usual expression for electric current in the system is corrected.
