  • Abstract
Many enterprises are leveraging e-service to meet the demanding needs of customers. E-business online demands a more complex business logics, and requires to support information exchange between business parties. Countless business processes require the participation and interactions of multiple parties. Nonetheless, the state-of-the-art e-services can only serve one or many individual clients at a time. A new kind of e-service is needed. In this paper, we provide a conceptualization of e-service-services by which client or interacting clients obtained via an electronic network. Party e-services are defined. A new architecture based on the service-oriented architecture is proposed to support these e-services.
