  • Abstract
It is very important for an enterprise to improve its core competitive force by sharing the tacit knowledge which is owned by some knowledge workers, but there are many obstacles in practice. The paper analyzes the sharing process of knowledge workers by using the model of dynamic game. First, it found a synthetical value model which can express the influence of material factors and non-material factors to knowledge workers. Then, it constructs the complete information dynamic game model in the process of sharing tacit knowledge and discusses different decisions of the enterprise and the knowledge workers in different conditions. At last, it gets the sub-game perfect Nash equilibrium and reveals the essence that both the enterprise and knowledge workers can achieve their maximal profits in the process of knowledge sharing. It also brings some appropriate advices for enterprises to impel the knowledge workers to share their knowledge.
