Abstract :
Measurements of aerosol optical depth (AOD) are carried out within the framework of AERONET program. As of AOD conducted analysis of diurnal variability of transparency of atmosphere over Sevastopol with the aim to study characteristic of types of diurnal variability of aerosol optical depth for Black sea. For the determination of dominating type of the aerosol over Black sea was conducted comparative analysis of tinning data and results of similar studies at five specific land sites of AERONET, with regionally distributed aerosol types (urban, dust, dust and smoke, smoke, and background).
