  • Abstract
    e-business has dynamic, rapidly growing and highly competitive characteristic. Established firms are creating new online businesses, while new ventures are using the opportunities that e-business provides. e-business is transforming the rules of competition for established businesses in many ways. This paper attempts to see the theoretical perspectives of e-business. To do this, first we investigate the characteristics of e-business. Then we discuss theories that highlight the sources of value in general. We also discuss the capability of these theories in the e-business.
